Payment Methods

Our preferred payment method is via secure payment links, which we can send directly to your email or WhatsApp. This allows you to pay easily with all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or contactless methods online.

Alternatively, we also accept in-person payments with the same credit cards and contactless options.

All transactions are securely processed to ensure your safety.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed before the activity begins or at the time of booking.
  

• We accept payments via secure online payment links or credit card payments in person.
  

• Bookings may be canceled if payment is not received by the agreed deadline.
  

Any extra charges will be clearly communicated beforehand.

Cancellation policy

Plans change — we understand!

• You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your activity.

• If you cancel 8–13 days before, we'll refund 50% of the price.

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the activity are non-refundable.

• No-shows will be charged the full price.
